MERITS Programme Manager (Naas)

MERITS Programme Manager (Naas)
(Two Year Fixed Term Contract)

MERITS is a new, purpose built, incubation and accelerator centre in Naas, County Kildare for Founders, StartUps and ScaleUps in the digital, technology and internationally traded services sectors. MERITS is now seeking to appoint a Programme Manager. Working alongside MERITS’ partners and the wider ecosystem in the region, this role will co-ordinate, develop and drive a programme of activities. For this role, we are seeking a resourceful professional who has at least five years’ experience of working on multidisciplinary projects which included significant engagement and communication with diverse stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is immersed in the technology, digital, innovation and/or entrepreneurial sectors, and who is passionate about the benefits that a strong supporting environment can bring to entrepreneurs and StartUps.

On the latest date for receipt of completed applications, candidates shall have:
1) An Honours Degree (level 8) in Business or an equivalent relevant qualification.
2) At least 5 years appropriate post degree qualification experience in a Project / Programme Management role involving complex stakeholder engagement
3) Experience with preparing, submitting, and managing Grant applications from National and International sources is desirable
4) Knowledge of the importance of the Digital Transformation is driving future economic development within the Start Up ecosystem.
5) A full clean driving license.

Remuneration: The annual salary is €55,000 over the duration of the two-year fixed term contract
